I bought it but it's not in my wallet

A purchase is a single transaction: either everything happened or nothing did. So this is almost always a display delay.

A purchase on Zoide is one transaction. The price to the seller, the fees and the piece to you all move together, so there is no half-bought state: either it was broadcast and everything happened, or nothing happened.

That makes this symptom easy to narrow down.

Check the balance first

0.000400 ($0.01)
Your balance, as the wallet shows it. If it went down, the purchase happened
What happened
The balance went down The purchase went through. The piece is yours and your wallet display is behind
The balance is unchanged The purchase did not happen. The piece is still for sale — or somebody bought it first

If the money left

Your wallet page does not read the chain on every visit — it works from a stored copy of your inventory, which is what makes a wallet with thousands of pieces usable at all. A purchase adds the piece to that copy, and occasionally that step lands late.

Resync your wallet: the button is at the end of the toolbar on your wallet page. That rebuilds the copy from the chain.

If the money did not leave

Someone else bought it first. A listing is first-come, first-served and there is no reservation: until the transaction is broadcast, the piece is available to everybody.

You will not have been charged, and there is nothing to recover.

If it still does not appear after a resync

Ask us, and bring the piece and roughly when you bought. Everything about the purchase is public on the chain: with the transaction it takes one lookup to say where the piece is, and you can check it yourself in any explorer without asking us.

Ask through an official channel — the Discord and X links in the site's sidebar, or [email protected]. There is no other, we never write to you first, and nobody who does will ever need your password or your keys to look this up: Staying safe.
