A drop becomes mintable when several independent things line up. Check them in this order — the first mismatch is usually the answer.
1 · Is the collection approved? A submitted collection is reviewed first, and the drop is created when it is approved. Until then there is no drop to be live. You get a notification for the outcome either way — and if Submissions is switched off in your notification settings, you will not hear about it.
2 · Has its start date arrived? Before that moment the drop is scheduled and shows a countdown, not a mint button.
3 · Whose countdown are you looking at? A drop does not open for everybody at once: each rank adds its own delay on top of the start date. Your own countdown is not the same as somebody else's, and a drop can be perfectly live for a higher rank while it still counts down for you.
4 · Is it marked live? That flag is what puts it in the hall. Without it, the drop exists but is not listed.
5 · Is it silent? A silent drop is deliberately not in the hall, but its direct link works normally. If your link works and the hall does not show it, that is this flag — not a bug.
6 · Has its window already passed? A drop has a window after going live: 1 days, or 5 if you are a verified creator. When it passes, whatever was not minted turns into an airdrop and the drop leaves the active list. So "not live any more" can mean it already finished.
The one that surprises creators
If your drop turned into an airdrop, that is not a failure state or an error: it is what the window is for. The pieces were given away rather than left unsold. The drop remembers what it was created as, which is why you see both mechanisms on it.
Featured drops are exempt from that conversion.
