Terms and Conditions for the Subscriber and Referral Programs
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Subscriber and Referral Programs on our platform. By participating in these programs, you agree to comply with the terms outlined here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend that you refrain from participating in the programs.
The Subscriber Program offers users exclusive access to additional features and benefits, including:
- Access to the NFT Referral Program
- Exclusive tools and features, including the full Bulk Manager
- Hidden offers and an extended idle delay on your own drops
- Discounted AI image generation, auto airdrop and claimable collections for creators
- Early access to upcoming releases and functionality
Note: minting discount and the early minting window are benefits of rank (holding a Rabbit or 1Zoide), not of the paid subscription — see the "Types of user" section for the full breakdown of what each type unlocks.
To participate in the Subscriber Program, you must have an active account on the platform, meet the minimum age requirements of your jurisdiction, and comply with any additional criteria set by the platform.
The subscription covers a specific period (monthly, yearly, etc.). Once the subscription expires, there is no automatic renewal. You will have the option to resubscribe if you wish to continue enjoying the exclusive features. If you choose not to renew, you will lose access to subscriber benefits, including the Referral Program and other upcoming features. If you renew between 7 and 2 days before your current subscription expires, the new period is added on top of your current expiration date (you never lose the days remaining), and you automatically get a 5% discount.
Subscribers have access to exclusive features that may change or be updated over time. These include the ability to participate in the Referral Program and access to future functionalities available only to premium members.
The NFT Referral Program allows subscribers to earn commissions by promoting NFTs listed on the platform. Subscribers can generate unique referral links for each NFT and share them with their networks. If someone purchases an NFT through your referral link, you will receive a commission of 1% of the sale value.
To participate in the Referral Program, you must be an active subscriber. You are not allowed to use dishonest or fraudulent practices when promoting referral links, and you must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
If a violation of these terms is detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any unpaid commissions.
You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. If the subscription expires, you will lose access to the exclusive benefits, including participation in the Referral Program. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
