Access on Zoide does not come from one status. There are three separate ways to have more of it, and your wallet shows all three in their own section, kept apart from your balances.
The three cards are always there
You see the three of them whether you have them or not. A card you do not have is not hidden — it shows how to get it, with what it would give you.
That is on purpose: a new account with no privileges should be able to see the whole picture at a glance instead of discovering features by bumping into them.

When you do have one, the card shows the actual figure, not just a badge: your exact rank, the days left on your subscription, or your tier with the discount it gives you.
They stack, and they are independent
You can hold all three at once, and having one does not imply another. A high rank does not make you a subscriber; a subscription does not give you a rank.
Where they overlap is in what unlocks a given feature: some things ask for a rank, some for a subscription, some for either. When something is refused, the message says which of the three it wanted:

Subscribing or renewing
The plans live behind a button, not spread across the page: Subscribe if you have none, Renew if you do. Renewing shows your current expiry date, so you can see what you are extending.
Each term is one button with its price on it:
The promotional code field is in that same window. If somebody gave you a code, that is where it goes — and the person whose code it is earns from it, which is worth knowing: Earn with an affiliate code.
One behaviour that is deliberate: the window closes before your wallet asks for the password. It looks like the form vanished. It has not — the password prompt needs the keyboard to itself, and a window that keeps the focus makes it impossible to type into.
It is still your wallet's own prompt, on Zoide, and only after you pressed something that signs. A password request you did not trigger, or one that turns up after you opened a link, is not ours.
