Clearing the site data for Zoide deletes the encrypted wallet stored in your browser. Your pieces are not in the browser — they are on the blockchain, and they are still yours. What was in the browser is the key that proves it.
So the whole question is whether you have a copy of that key somewhere else.
If you have your seed phrase, your export or your keys
You have lost nothing. Import the wallet again and everything is where you left it:
- your 12-word seed phrase, or
- the JSON export you downloaded from Zoide, or
- the two WIF keys.
See Wallet formats Zoide can import. Signing in is importing: bring the same wallet and it is the same account, with the same history and the same pieces.
The form opens with the warning that matters, and it is the only place your seed phrase should ever be typed:

Then the pieces are unreachable. Not by us either — and it is worth understanding that this is the same property that protects them.
Your private keys were generated in your browser and stored there encrypted with your password. They never reached our servers. That is what makes it impossible for anyone at Zoide to move your pieces, impossible for us to be forced to hand them over, and impossible for us to recover them for you. It is one property, not three, and it does not have a switch.
There is no reset, no support override and no recovery question. Anybody who tells you otherwise — including someone claiming to be from Zoide — is trying to take what is left.
Before it happens again
- Export your wallet now if you have not. It is one file.
- Keep it somewhere that is not that browser. A copy in the same place you are going to clear is not a copy.
- Write down the password too. The export is encrypted with it: the file alone is not enough.
