Menu entries that need an account — your wallet, Bulk Manager, Balances, offers, the creator panel — stay visible instead of disappearing, and their colour says why you cannot use them yet. Clicking one does not navigate: it tells you what is missing.

Why amber and not just "signed out"
Because those two situations need different things from you. Grey means you have no wallet here and the answer is to bring one. Amber means your wallet is right here and the answer is your password — no seed phrase, no import, nothing to look up.
Telling them apart saves the second case from hunting for a backup they do not need.
Why they are not simply hidden
A menu that changes shape depending on who you are is a menu you cannot learn. Keeping the entries in place means the site looks the same before and after signing in, and what you cannot do yet is visible rather than absent.
If it stays amber after unlocking
The session did not take. Reload the page and unlock again. If it persists, the browser is probably blocking storage for this site — check that it is not in a private window with storage restrictions.
