There is no "reset password" here, and there cannot be: the password is what your wallet is encrypted with in your browser. Nobody at Zoide has it and nobody can send you a link — we do not have the wallet to unlock.
But that is not the same as being locked out, because the password protects the copy in this browser, not the wallet.
If you have your seed phrase, your export or your keys
Import the wallet again and choose a new password. Same wallet, same account, same pieces — you are just re-encrypting the local copy with a password you remember.
That last step of the import is where the new one goes:

If you do not have any of those
Then the pieces are unreachable, by you and by anybody else. The same design that stops us from being able to hand over your keys stops us from being able to recover them.
There is no override, no support exception and no security question. Anyone offering to recover it — including someone claiming to be from Zoide — is trying to take what is left.
While you still have access: two minutes of prevention
If you can currently unlock your wallet, do this now rather than later:
- Export it. One file.
- Write down the password and keep it apart from the export. The file is encrypted with it, so the file alone is not enough.
- Consider biometric unlock if your device supports it. It saves you from typing the password daily, which is what makes people forget it — but it is a convenience, not a backup: the password still matters.
