Do not mint again. If the first one worked, minting again buys a second piece. Everything below takes less time than that mistake.
First: is the money gone?
Check your BSV balance. It tells you which of the two situations you are in:

If the money left
There are two reasons the piece is not on screen yet, and neither of them means it is lost.
The index has not caught up. Your piece exists on chain, but its inscription number and its origin are assigned by the service that reads the chain, and that takes a little while. The platform re-checks the pending ones periodically and fills in the rest. Nothing to do but wait.
The answer got lost coming back. Inscribing a heavy piece — a 3D model of several megabytes — can take minutes, and the web request that started it gives up after one. So the transaction can go out, the piece be minted, and the app never learn that it worked.
That is a reconciliation, not a loss. The platform resolves these on its own whenever the evidence is unambiguous, by looking at what your address holds on chain — and, if the piece already moved on before the check ran, by widening the search to the whole chain. Anything ambiguous is left for a person to check rather than guessed.
What to do
- Resync your wallet. The button is on your wallet page, at the end of the toolbar — only the owner of a wallet can resync it.
- Wait a few minutes and look again. Both causes above resolve without anybody doing anything.
- If it is still missing after that, ask us. Bring the drop and roughly when you minted: the pending record has the transaction, so the answer is a lookup and not a guess.
